HempSure+ offers industrial hemp based products consisting of and containing hemp that is legally grown in accordance with West Virginia State Law under a cultivation license from the West Virginia Department of Agriculture. The 2018 Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
Because industrial hemp contains trace amounts of THC, HempSure+ will NOT guarantee that any person will be able to pass a drug test after using our products.
